⚪ A Thottie Never Gets Cold – You are resistant to cold temperatures, even below freezing!
⚪ Avatar – You can manipulate, levitate, and throw water and frozen liquids with no roll!
⚪ Ice Tray – While near a body of liquid, be it a lake, a pond, a pool or even a puddle, you can roll Wits to restore your 🧊. On a 10+, restore :ice_cube: 🧊, on a 7-9 restore 🧊.
⚪ Put Some Ice On It – If you or an ally has lost ♥, you can patch up the wound with 🧊 at a 1:1 ratio to replace lost ♥ with 💛.
⚪ Break The Ice - You have a 'cool' demeanor about you and hit it off with most of the people you meet! Neutral NPCs will be more forthcoming with information, and you can roll +Charm to get them to spill minor secrets about others.

⚪ ⚪ ⚪ Stat Boost - Increase a stat by 1. Max of +2 to a stat.

⚪ Absolute Zero – Once per session you can spend 🧊🧊🧊🧊 to completely change your surrounding environment. Liquids will freeze, ground will become slippery, and the air will sting like knives. Anyone without protection will take 1 💔 when starting their turn, friend and foe alike, and any who can’t deal with the slippery ground will suffer from SLOW.
